What should I bring to the first conversation?
A property address or site information, a rough room list, inspiration images, budget expectations, and any early sketches are useful. They do not need to be polished.
Can you work with my builder or engineer?
Yes. Early coordination can reduce redesign later. Structural engineering and other specialist work are completed by the appropriate professionals when required.
Do you work outside Prince George?
